ANZUP announces mini-2020 ASM.
ANZUP is pleased to announce they will be hosting the COVID-19 condensed version of the Annual Scientific Meeting.
This mini-ASM will be held in the final quarter of 2020. Location, program, speakers and format are still to be finalised but will be updated and added to this page as confirmed.
We hope you can join us for what promises to be an extremely interactive and engaging event.
ANZUP 2020 ASM postponed until 2021.
Re-scheduled for Sun 18 July to Tues 20 July, 2021.
We have been closely monitoring the corona virus amid the intensified global concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic and how it relates to our upcoming Annual Scientific Meeting. We are being told expert modelling suggests peak of cases in Australia will be around July and the Federal Government is indicating the same. We are also hearing that many of our hospitals/institutions are cancelling all staff travel plans indefinitely, so with this in mind the ANZUP Board made the very difficult decision to cancel this year’s ASM.
We look forward to seeing you at the ASM in Adelaide from Sunday 18 July to Tuesday 20 July, 2021.
Message from Nick Brook #ANZUP21 Convenor
It’s a pleasure to invite you to the ANZUP ASM in 2021, being held in Adelaide for the first time from Sunday 18 July to Tuesday 20 July, 2021.
ANZUP goes from strength to strength with outstanding speakers and presentations, and I will be working with the 2021 Convening Committee to ensure #ANZUP21 continues to raise the bar.
The #ANZUP21 ASM will give us the opportunity to use the combined expertise of our community, our members, & our national and international guests to explore and define these areas. When our vision is clear, we can provide confident leadership in the field of GU cancer clinical trials for patients now, and for future generations.
I very much look forward to welcoming you to Adelaide next year.
